If you've never visited Pure before, Saturday gave everyone the chance to check out the stoves and fireplaces on offer and also to find out more about home safety.
Showroom manager Hannah Liddle told me: "We're focusing on the safety side today. We're even planning a visit from the Fire Services - to hopefully help people avoiding getting an emergency visit from them.
"Some people have smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in their homes, but many of us don't. There have been a few chimney fires in this region recently and we want to avoid any more."
As well as the focus on safety, there were a whole range of products on offer - now's the time to get your new stove ordered and fitted, rather than waiting for the cold weather to come back.
