Try STOPPING and thinking of the situation in a GRATEFUL WAY. Having a warm home, food to put on the table and the ability to buy gifts for those we care about is a blessing that many people don’t have the money or the resources to be able to do. Anytime stress starts to creep into your life try being grateful for what you do have.
