Clare's presentation focussed heavily on the importance of getting local people to shop locally.
There's some great stuff going on in Hitchin to encourage us all to use local suppliers wherever we can and it's not hard to really concentrate on using our local shops and restaurants. Not much you can't buy - at good prices and with outstanding service - in the town centre and the surrounding streets.
