Get along to the Market Place from 10am to 4pm for some great food stalls. They won't just be exhibiting, but you'll be able to taste and buy.
The Sun Hotel from 11am and 6pm plays host to the wine exhibitors. There'll even be some unique beers and masterclasses.
We're so lucky to have great suppliers of tasty treats in the town and this is your chance to try some new flavours and some new suppliers.
If you fill in one of the leaflets, you'll be entered into a draw to win a Christmas hamper - just in time.
Entry to the wine festival is only £5, and it's free to wander the stalls in the Market Place.
Organised by Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse, this promises to be a good day - right after the Christmas lights switch on the previous evening (Friday).
