From the very first phone call to The White Wardrobe I received excellent service. Nicola is really friendly, helpful and flexible which made me trust her immediately. Obviously choosing a wedding dress is a very emotive transaction so I wanted to buy from someone who cared even though they see hundreds of brides every year and they certainly do care.
My appointment was with Kelly who was prompt and courteous, I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to my concerns and gave great advice. She gave me the freedom to pick dresses myself as well as suggesting a few that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. Kelly knew what I wanted even though I didn't know myself. I found the perfect dress & veil and couldn't be happier. I'm also pleased to say that the after service has been just as good.
The White Wardrobe really do aim to please. If you've been searching for a bridal shop to make you feel special then look no further!
