I joined WIBN Hitchin last year and was immediately welcomed by all of the group memebers with a smile and chat - Its a really lively group, over a lovely lunch we listen and learn about all sorts of topics from accounting to twittering!
We all really support each other, I have used many of the businesses represented there and had some fantastic businees and referrals back.
Its about meeting like minded women in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere who all want to be succesfull, I would urge any women out there who are in business to come along to see for themselves!

I really loved the service that I got the staff made me feel like I was number one and they help me with all the silly questions I Had. I am very sure that they are the best in the county I really think that they should be number one as I really don't think I could of got a better service anywhere else I did go to quite a few other shops and never really felt comfortable

I recently celebrated my 40th Birthday at the Victoria Pub and what a lovely night to remember . The Barn in the car park was ideal to have a disco and lay on food and have a little dance. Victoria the landlady was very accommodating and made all my guests feel really welcome . It has a great warm and welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend this pub to anyone. Once upon a time there were two old bears from Hitchin who drank in the Victoria. "Who's been drinking in my local" said old woman bear finishing off the last of the brandy. "Who's been drinking in the Victoria and finishing off all the real ale" said old man bear. Well, I don't care, for the Victoria is the best pub in Hitchin!!

Women In Business is such a friendly group, but it's not just a 'social'. Before I joined, I was concerned that I would come across a group of women who were not really serious about their businesses and were just using it as a way of meeting new people and having lovely lunches! I had experienced that type of group before and found it degrading and frustrating. However, I soon realsed that WIBN is not such a group, and everyone I met really were 'women in business'. They are all relevant business women who are open and direct about what they are looking for and how they can work together. I just wanted to let you know that although experiencing some aching following the session (as you predicted), from Wednesday onwards the pain has completely gone and I’m feeling great! Thanks so much. I really feel like I’ll be able to enjoy the last few weeks of my pregnancy and be able to make the most of getting out and about!
