Dan and his team at Legacy are brilliant. I'm not normally a person who leaves feedback online but I have to give credit where credit is due... I've had a number of cleaners previously and have always been unhappy with the service provided (reliability as well as quality of service). Dan and his team came in on week 1 and did a brilliant job - and they've come in every other week since and maintained the standard. I couldn't be more happy, and after a few years and even a house move I think that's pretty impressive!!

I was referred to Woodside and Mark in particular by a friend in respect of the chronic sciatica I had been experiencing due to a slipped disc some six months before. The constant pain was affecting my life to such a degree that I was desperate to try any intervention that might give some relief.
Mark was pleasant and professional throughout and also made me feel comfortable during my treatment, as well as giving me hope that some alleviation might be possible without surgery or injections, as was suggested by the hospital. After five sessions of general manipulation and massage we moved on to acupuncture and at that point my symptoms almost completely disappeared. The pins and needles are no more, I rarely take pain killers (previously I had been up to maximum levels each day) and I am able to both stand or lie in one position with minimal and often no discomfort. With no exaggeration I can say that my life has been transformed due, I am sure, in no small way to Mark's treatment and I can't thank him enough.
Should my symptoms reoccur then I would seek his help again immediately and am happy to endorse him as a professional and very competent osteopath.

I attended WIBN at Letchworth with a colleague as we are holding an Inspirational Women event at our academy to raise the aspirations of our young ladies. We have received an over whelming response from WIBN all over Hertfordshire, offering their help and support for our event. Last week I visited the Luton WIBN and it was great!
The group who meet monthly, clearly have a passion for their businesses, demonstrating this by their focus, dedication and enthusiasm for what they each do. The group encourages, assist and nurtures one another, which is often vital if you are a sole trader, new to the world of business or simply work better with a network around you.
The group also has a focus on 'shopping locally' by generating leads for each other, working together and assisting in each other's business development. Wonderful.and refreshing!
If you are new to business or established but would like to keep on learning about new practices, ideas or just want to 'chew the cud' about your business world, then I would definitely recommend that you get in touch and go along.
