Make your very own printed cushion with wood block printing.
Your tutor will explain the design process behind different types of patterns and prints. They will also do a printing demonstration, explaining how different colours work together and how to best use your printing space.
You’ll then have a go at experimenting with the hand-carved wood blocks – there are over 100 botanical, animal and geometric designs to choose from. Your tutor will work with you individually to discuss your ideas before you move onto printing your cushion. This workshop is suitable for adult beginners – No prior experience is needed for this.
