If you are worried or unsure about an unplanned or difficult pregnancy, it is important to give yourself some time and space to think through your options and find out what help is available.
Talk privately to one of our trained advisors for as long as you need. They will offer you caring support and accurate information, giving you time to talk, think and be listened to, so that your decision is neither hurried nor based on lack of knowledge.
Where possible we will put you in touch with local agencies if you would like further help.
We also welcome enquiries from partners or relatives if they wish to talk to someone for advice or information.
