The number of people using Social Media continues to rise. And this infographic from bootcampdigital says it all:

But if you’re still undecided about taking the plunge, have a look at what your competitors are up to. That could be just the push you need to start working on your own Social Media strategy.
Before you start, it’s important to be clear about your outcomes. You wouldn’t dream of setting out on a car journey without a full tank of petrol, a map and / or your sav nav. So first of all think carefully about your customers and find out what social media sites they like to use.
If your main aim is to get more LIKEs on your Facebook page, you might consider learning how to create effective Facebook Ads.
My social media strategy is simple “from LIKES to Leads to Sales”. Yes, I want more fans and more followers and subscribers but my ultimate aim is to collect email addresses from people who are interested in my products and services so that I can share good news stories and offers with them using email marketing.
Here’s a few questions to consider:
• Do you have a way to capture visitors to your social media sites
• Do you have a database to manage your contacts
• Do you have a strategy for keeping in touch with regular emails
If you’d like to learn more about these strategies, watch our free webinar recording here:
