Want to let other people know when you’re available for a meeting? Want to give your virtual secretary access to your diary. (If you like the idea of having someone manage your business remotely, get in touch, I know several people who experts in this area)
Or perhaps you’re trying to arrange a get together with friends scattered around the country? There are many software solutions available to share calendars with others but I’m using Tungle.me.- a scheduling application that syncs with your existing calendar.
To get this up and running, visit www.tungle.me, set up an account, create your profile, sync to your Outlook calendar, then invite your contacts to see your calendar. Your availability shows in green. When you want to set up a meeting from Tungle me an email invite is sent to your contacts.
It’s simple and more importantly FREE!
How do you organise your diary? Is anyone still using a paper based system?
