Just had a spa day with my wife and was generally happy but a few things could have been better.
The gym kit is a little un loved. Went to use the watt bike and found the toe straps had been removed. Also quite a lot of dust on unused surfaces.
Afternoon tea was ok but the fresh scones felt rubbery to us. A possible sign of them being reheated?
Just little things that let it down. Like a bag of rubbish from a bin being carted across where we sat having our afternoon tea. Sure an alternative route would have been available. It just made it feel a bit ...off.

Unable to book any classes as members have priority, email inviting me to arrive early but staff unaware of this. Lovely room, food and facial.

Really great experience. Children very well looked after and lots of nice little touches made it a very enjoyable stay. Staff fantastic!

I booked a spa day for 9 ladies, the staff were lovely, cheerful and very helpful. the treatments were lovely and relaxing, the pool and other facilities were great only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was not working and I had 2 ladies who could not swim and they would have loved to sit in the jacuzzi to chill out. I would definitely go again though.

Great venue.Easy to get to. Staff very nice. Fridge in room 322 was not very clean inside. Food was excellent, nothing too much trouble. Would stay there again anytime 😊.

Really nice hotel. The service was great and watched 2 different couples get married here in the 2 days I was there. Some lovely touches to the aesthetics but some elements of the daycore that were in need of refreshing. But that's me being overly critical. I had the best time here.

Spa treatments were amazing, but the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room was not acceptable for a 4 star hotel ( mould in silicone between tiles, dirty shower curtain etc).

A bit busy and can feel crowded in the reception area but overall ambience is peaceful.I like the idea of introducing pure water and fresh milk in the corridor to avail and that seems a fantastic job in saving lot of plastic waste.

Fantastic hotel. The staff will do anything for you and they are all approuchable and nice. This was the 2nd time i used this hotel to take my wife away for our anniversery. We have lunch here use the spa and have dinner here and everyting was perfect.
We even like the small sustainability touches like no bottled water and milk dispensers to reduce plastics.

The hotel was being used for a wedding Venue. I took the Bride and close friends to the Hotel, which was a very well laid out for our arrival. Red carpet and a member of staff greeted us and kept us updated while we waited to be called. Very clean, friendly and a good atmosphere noted as there were many other guests also staying at the hotel.
