Often use the meeting facilities as it is reasonably priced, functional and suitable refreshments are available. Staff have responded positively to minor concerns raised previously; very satisfied with the service and will keep booking.

I have visited KPH twice now, we booked a girls night out package for a chilled Hen - do for my friend. We then returned to have the wedding there and stay over. I cannot fault both experiences regards to the room and quality of everything you get and experience. My only down point is the extra £50 charge they tried to charge me for (without me knowing) if I charged anything to my room. Which I wasn't happy about as in the account I was paying with had just over the correct amount for the room. And it's declined infront of everyone in the queue. Which caused slight embarrassment. I wasn't charging anything to the room. Would have been nice to have been informed of the charge before they just put it on..
But all in all, I cannot wait to visit.again .

Nice selection of wines. Odd location. Room 300 was a nice room/suite with a small balcony.

Nice spacious family room. And very nice touches for the children "V I little P" bathrobe and milk and cookies in the evening, really made us feel the children were welcome. Staff were friendly. Only disappointment was the limited time the children could use the pool.
