Had a spa day as a gift for two it was amazing. Staff were welcoming we were greeted by Sarah who gave us our soft fluffy towels and bath robes then took us to our changing rooms. We then went to the lounge where all drinks coffee tea cold drinks were included . We chose our lunch which was provided in the spa day

Such a lovely place to visit and stay, I've visited twice on a works sale conference and stayed the night and the service is great.
Rooms are big and spacious. I've stayed in a suite and standard room and both are fab. All rooms come with a kettle, coffee maker and fridge and the self serve milk and filtered water is a great addition.
Huge beds and super soft pillows!
Those rooms close to the motorway and/or lifts will hear the noise of course but you can't control traffic or some people!
Staff are great and so helpful and welcoming. The gym is great and busy in the mornings.
Highly recommend this place for work or just leisure.

Very clean room with fridge, good airco/heater and free milk and water dispenser in the hall. Good size bath for taller people. Very nice staff. Quality of the breakfast ingredients (Meat, bread) could be a bit better. Will come here again.

Beautiful clean and spotless hotel. Staff alway smiling. Bar prices were only 90p more expensive for 2 drinks than the pub down the road but the quality of the drinks and service was 100%better in the hotel.

Just taken a Sunday getaway here with my young adult daughter. What a lovely hotel and spa. ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful, on arrival the receptionist explaining clearly were things were and opening hours and use of the spa facilities. The staff in the spa were very polite and professional and the treatments exceeded my expectations. I was so relaxed during my facial that I fell asleep. I liked that the spa wasn't too big, so it felt more intimate rather than a production line. The pool , jacuzzi and steam room were clean and comfortable with a nice balmy atmosphere. Plenty of showers and lockers in changing room, along with hair dryers, shower gel, and additional unexpected extras. A nice bonus to the overall experience. I felt welcome and relaxed and will most certainly return .
The food was delicious at both dinner and breakfast with a good choice of dishes. The bar is very well stocked and their cocktails pack a punch.

The tea and coffee facilities were good, offering a selection of tea bags, and I really like that this hotel are trying to cut down on plastic waste by having a mini milk churn for guests to fill from a milk station on each floor, along with a carafe to get filtered drinking water. What a great idea!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding, lovely hotel, warm clean rooms, the robes and slippers a good touch, fresh water and milk (Jugs in the mini fridge) available from the dispenser in the corridors to keep in the mini fridge for use when needed, nice to have proper milk for a cup of tea, breakfast was delicious, table service with a full and varied menu, the meal with the wedding was the best we have had at a wedding, slow cooked beef fantastic, and the weddig itself was very well organised, the spa was clean and warm they give you towels to use so no need to take room towels, overall a great stay and will definitely be back for a leisure trip.
