Just had our Audi a6 in for a replacement sunroof and Toyota Hilux for a replacement break caliper. I have been using Richards German Car specialist for years after getting poor service from the Main Dealers, All the mechanics are very knowledgeable, they've been looking after my BMW's and Porsche's and explain things in English, the labour rates are excellent too.

Have used Richard's several times now for work on My E60 M5.
Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable at Richards.
My last repair which was quite an undertaking due to a spun rod bearing; Richard himself kept me up to speed with any issues he found. He was even kind enough to indulge my request for pictures of the rebuild for my own records.
While I knew my final bill was going to be significant it was completely itemised and worth every penny considering the time and the quality of the work that has gone into the rebuild.
I have no hesitation in recommending Richards and I will be back for all my future work.
