I spent 4 nights at this hotel and will definitely be returning. On the day of arrival the staff were extremely welcoming and the check in did not take long at all. My room was big with a comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. If I didn’t like those, there were more options by calling reception. There were plenty of options at the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. The only meal I was disappointed in was the chicken Kiev. I found this quite bland with very little garlic butter.

Lovely hotel and spa, don't be put off by the drive through the business park it's like another world once inside, we stayed on a short break which included breakfast and evening meal as well as a chilled bottle of champagne on arrival, we were also upgraded to a suite, which was nice.
very pleasant staff good food and lovely spa highly recommended if a little pricey, but worth it for a treat.

overall the hotel was clean and well presented, the food and drink prices were extortionate 11.50 for a glass of wine, 1st days breakfast was nice although the breakfast menu stated that you could order champagne when we did we were told that the bar was closed and couldn't order until after 10am, 20 minutes before the breakfast would finish? which made me question why have it on the menu in the first place, after seeing another colleague serve champagne she did come back and correct that, the food menu was very limited and pricey for what was on offer, so we went elsewhere for dinner on the 2nd night and then we were provided the same menu for lunch as we were given for dinner! the 2nd day at breakfast i ordered the continental breakfast and either the meat had been left out too long or it was off but it it smelt and tasted awful so ended up leaving the whole breakfast. Then finally we had a friend join us for a spa day where she and my friend who were staying at the hotel paid for treatments but was told she couldn't use the pool area, after some discussions we were told she could pay £20 for 2hrs but had to use it there and then however we were booked for lunch in your restaurant at 1pm and were told we couldn't use it together after, it had to be there and then, my issues was although you had 2 guests staying at your premises even we could not find anywhere to sit so it wasn't even like she would be taking up the use of a seat, very disappointed when we think how much we spent staying there and the hotel couldn't even accommodate us and therefore prevented us from being able to use the facilities after the treatment

Very nice place to visit and stay.
Pricing is toward the higher end but it was also higher end for quality and service. So I would say it was a fair price.
Booked as a luxury for 3 nights whilst visiting people in the area.
On booking we notified them that one of us was Gluten-free. On arrival there was a standard local biscuit and a gluten-free cookie - a lovely touch. The tea, coffee and biscuit was replaced daily (with standard biscuits).
Milk from a chilled machine and filtered chilled water was available at the end of the corridor, which was nice.
There was a mini fridge in the room with a bottle for water and a very small milk churn container for milk (it was a little small for us so I used my own water bottle and used the provided water one for milk).
Small toiletries in the room. Fresh towels daily.
Dressing gown and pool slippers were in the room too depending on your booking.
The pool was warmer than most standard pools.
There was a jacuzzi, it was only partially working when I went (about half the jets were working) but it was still nice and warm and relaxing.
There was a steam room and sauna.
It was warm enough within the area to lie on loungers and relax.
There were male and female changing rooms there were shower cubicles, a spinner to help dry your costumes a little, hair dryers, lockers, tissues and makeup pads. Two small cubicles for changing in or open benches. There were also toilets and sinks.
I'm not sure if there were accessible changing areas or how accessible it would be for some.
The pool was flush with the floor, with small steps and a hand rail to get into the pool.
There was a small pool type area with a few inches of water. I guess this may have been for small children?
There were pool noodles and floats to borrow on request.
The areas were all kept very clean. I was impressed and the cleaner who was there when we were (evenings) was lovely too.
There was a member of staff who seemed to be shared between the pool and gym (in the evening, unsure about during the day time).
You could book various treatments but we didn't have time for any.
You could buy drinks to have by the pool. There were people drinking a hot chocolate whilst sat in the jacuzzi. They seemed to be responsible with their drinks, so it was fine.
More hooks for robes and towels would have been useful but in the evening we managed to find some space for ours.
I didn't use the gym so can't comment.
There were non residents who use the gym and pool. The non residents who used the pool were friendly and chatty with me.
