Staff were friendly. Environment was nice. Food was okay. It looked better than it tasted. Food was a bit bland. It was quite cold in the restaurant. Probably a nice place to go for an after work drink.

Nice place to stay with good staff, and the food was very good. would have been 5star but for the plastic shower curtains. ( one of my pet hates)

Good location with parking, easy to get a mid afternoon dinner booking. Good 3 course option Inc roast for £18. Shame they now charge 50p extra for a Yorkshire with non beef roasts. They have also dropped lamb from the menu. Great service and the foI'd was spot on, fishcake staraters are recommended
