Good basic food, interestingly presented on a very original menu. Friendly staff. The Blitz has an old wartime feel, and customers chat to each other, reminiscent of the start of the 40's and 50's.

The owners have taken a lot of trouble in recreating an authentic atmosphere. The food was excellent and the service efficient and friendly. A most enjoyable experience.

An unusual setting bringing back good memories. The atmosphere is authentic and the staff are very welcoming and most importantly is the food, being of high quality. Future visits are definitely being planned.
