This month’s focus will be on the My Wellbeing Plan. This truly unique team-member led workshop will combine a unique look at the Nightingale legacy with our own day-to-day health and well-being. This plan, originally designed by the NHS, encourages five essential steps to enhance our lives: Notice, Stay Active, Give, Learn, and Connect.
The goal of the day is to have visitors leave with fresh insights into Florence Nightingale, along with practical steps and a renewed commitment to a happier, healthier you!
This talk and tour will last approximately 45 minutes and is included in all general admission tickets!
