I was lucky enough to meet the two pups that my great grand daughter is looking after until they are big enough to go to new homes. The black one seemed to take to me and enjoyed climbing up me as I sat in my chair and curling round the back of my neck! If I was 20 years younger (I'm nearly 98) he'd be staying here with me. What beautiful dogs they will be - 2 families are going to be very lucky. What would have happened to them, and countless other animals, if Stephen hadn't taken them in? It is too distressing to think about. All this is done on a shoestring - I don't know how he does it. Well done to you all at Wolfwood. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like you in it.

I am very impressed with Wolfwood and the way in which it cares for every animal that it comes into contact with - and all done on a shoestring. Well done Stephen, his family and all the volunteers. A big pat on the back to all of you! Good luck for the future - you deserve it.

drive past the rescue centre regulary and the volunteers are always walking the rescue dogs in all whether conditions, excellent work

such a lovely place, stephen and his family do i great job taking in all the dogs and wildlife and are always on hand with advice and support.if it wasn`t for them i wouldn`t have my lovely lenny(jake).Wish there were more people in the world that cared like wolfwood.
