Join the crowds as the historic centre of Lancaster is again transformed to play host to the Velocity cycle race. This will be the 2nd year of the road race following last year's event which was held to celebrate and welcome the Olympic torch through the city of Lancaster.

On Friday 28 June, watch top class riders brave the cobbles on this tight and demanding city centre circuit with 3 races to enjoy across the Friday evening.
The closed one mile has corners, cobbles, hills and sprints which will test the rider's nerves and thrill the crowds.
Velocity will be a great family event with cycle stalls in Dalton Square throughout the evening.
Come along and cheer on the riders as they speed round the city streets of Lancaster!
