Formed in 2016 our volunteers support local services, tackle vulnerability, and assist the community in times of crisis. LVP works to enable public services to operate efficient and effective volunteering services, by becoming a volunteer locals get opportunities to engage in service delivery and help make a difference to people's lives. Roles vary from chatting to people who may feel lonely or who are struggling to get out independently, library & museum help, volunteering alongside neighbourhood policing teams, at a children’s centre or as a cadet group leader.
