Dragon Archery was a great day out for the whole family. With members ranging in age from 8 - 60, and despite the freezing cold, everyone was fully engaged and entertained - a few of our number actually managed to hit something. All we need now is another gathering of the clan to repeat our visit. I can't thank Andy and his family enough f for their help - and a great afternoon out.

We visited the Dragon Archery Centre a few days after Xmas 2009 and 'WOW' what a great time we all had. Although very cold on the morning we were supplied with fingerless gloves, hand warmers and refreshments, which was a welcomed lovely touch. Our family + extras consisted of a group of 6, ranging in different ages and abilities. The tuition was easy to understand, informative and fun and we were soon hitting our targets with much excitement. The themed ranges were great with historic artefacts and themed sounds/music, this all added to the sheer ambience of the place. My favourite was the dinosaur range, while the kids favoured the ‘Lord of the Rings’, Fantasy range. The finale of the morning was to see who would be the dragon slayer of our group, this turned out to be my husband which was quite nice because the morning had been a Xmas present voucher to him. I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our brilliant day with you. We learnt so much more than just how to handle a bow because you both told us so many interesting things regarding its history, battle scenarios and the different types of arrow head and their function.

Thank you so much for another great day at Dragon Archery yesterday. My son Jake and nephews Sonny and Archie had a fantastic time and the ‘grown ups’ enjoyed it just as much. We are extremely impressed by the way you have set everything up and how you make the day so relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. I am sure that we will be back again soon.

We had a fabulous time at Dragon Archery. What a stunning setting. From the moment we arrived it built to a great finale. So much fun and excitement. Andrew and Joy are the best hosts and so professional. And great value. We loved it and will make a return visit. We're still talking about it!

Thoroughly enjoyed the 3 hours of total fun - where did the time go? Andy, the owner and instructor was excellent ably assisted by his wife Joy and their boys - oh by the way, thanks for fetching all those arrows. The Ranges and games were varied and very good although I have to say my aim was pretty poor, I have been inspired to come again and practise. Good value for money - loved the teas and snacks while waiting for the arrows to be returned. Just thanks for the experience. Brandon

We have just 3 of the most fun, active and team building hours I have ever had. Brilliant laugh, excellent hospitality and incredible camaraderie. The coaching was brilliant, the equipment first class, the hot chocolate (unbelievable) and the atmosphere great. Andy, Joy and the team were great and we are DEFINATELY going to go again and this time, I am going to GET THAT DRAGON!!! I want my name on the board!!! Amazing! Lynne Woodward

Thank you so much for making our young carers so welcome. They had such a fantastic time. James and I couldn't believe how well they listened, and how focussed they remained. They were full of it on the way home - rating it as their best trip (although a little jostling for position with Raceworld!) It was lovely that they all became so involved and had such a positive experience
