PLANS for a multi-million pound shopping arcade in Leamington town centre will be brought back - ‘for political reasons’.
Proposals for the £90 million 21,000sq ft Clarendon Arcade, a partnership between Warwick District Council and developer Wilson Bowden, were first put forward in 2007 but refused planning permission by the council’s planning committee last November.
