The prestigious Guide issued by Building magazine identifies and showcases the very best companies to work for in the construction industry, based on key factors such as employee benefits, diversity and leadership.
A revamped judging panel assessed Alumet's entry form for this years listing, highlighting the company's successes in employee benefits such as their Cycle to Work scheme and 28 days holiday.
