Knowledge sharing paving the way for growth

Key staff at the Alumet Group have been donating their time to provide mentoring across the Coventry & Warwickshire region. Director Dean Walton commented “2012 sees Alumet celebrate its 20th year as a construction & renewable energy specialist. We our proud of our success and are keen to share our knowledge with a view to encouraging business growth across the region.”

Dean has been mentoring young businesses as part of the Local Business Accelerator campaign which has seen him provide guidance to local companies such as the PetShopBowl based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Other key staff providing mentoring include Alumet’s Human Resource Manager Janice Amey who is regularly mentoring young people to become more employable as part of the "Get Britain Working Campaign".

Alumet are continuing their commitment to training by hosting a Website Optimisation course at their Southam headquarters on Thursday 12th July. Anyone is welcome to attend for a fee of £75. If you are interested please contact rob.henson@alumet.co.uk.The course will be held in conjunction with the Confederation of Construction Specialists (CCS) - an organisation who provide training and legal advice.
