This temple is Leeds's oldest Hindu Temple built in 1968. There are many beautiful carvings, painting and statues to be found there.
It is a centre to fulfil the spiritual, cultural and social needs of the local community. Everyone is welcome there and it is definitely worth a visit to learn more about Hinduism.
The Sri Murugan part of the temple is also the site of several celebrations of Durga Puja. Check the website for the schedule of what's on.
