With a population of almost 1 million people, the County of Leicestershire is an incredibly diverse business environment and host to 33,000 businesses and 435,000 employees.
On Monday 26th October, the City will launch the 9th Leicester Business Festival (inspired by the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP)) that aims to celebrate the strength of the county’s thriving business community and promote the region locally, nationally and internationally.
The launch will be followed by The Leicester Mercury Business Summit at Phoenix Arts Centre (on the same day) and this event will feature prominent business leaders, expert guest speakers and a great networking opportunity. Demand for tickets to the summit is high, so if you want tickets, secure a spot today by calling Ashleigh Kerr at Champions (UK) plc on 08453 31 30 31.
Several high profile events will occur in the weeks that follow that will continue to showcase the diverse nature of Leicester’s successful local economy.
