Redrow Midlands Area Sales Manager Andy Cutler is taking part on behalf of Birmingham Children's Hospital.
A local housebuilder is gearing up for a charity bike ride from Wolverhamton to Aberdovey – a gruelling 105-mile ride, all for a good cause.
Redrow Homes Midlands, which is currently building homes at Hamilton Park in Leicester, is supporting the annual Aberdovey Bike Ride to raise funds the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Joining hundreds of cyclists, the team of four, including Andy Cutler, area sales manager, will be donning their Redrow jerseys, and are already gearing up for the big day.
Andy Cutler said: “I’m a keen cyclist and I am really looking forward to taking on a new challenge and raising much-needed for funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Our training is really kicking in now and we are now keen to get on our bikes and get going. It’s going to be tough, but as a team we’ll stick together and support each to ensure we make it to the finish line.”
Pauline Turnbull, Sales Director for Redrow Homes Midlands, added: “Andy and his team have been training hard and are very determined to complete the race and raise much needed funds while they train – we’re very proud of the team, and will be cheering them along on the big day. We’re always keen to support charity initiatives, and the Birmingham Children’s Hospital provides essential care for children across the Midlands, ensuring we encourage communities to thrive wherever we build our new homes. We wish Andy and his team lots of luck!”
Redrow Homes is currently building new homes across the Midlands, with homes available at Church View / Priory Park in Stafford, Amington Garden Village in Tamworth, Ambion Way in Burbage, Abbey Walk/Abbey Fields in Priorslee, and The Orchards in Droitwich.
