Our aim is to provide a high quality education for all the children at Abbey. Our focus is on achieving excellence through providing effective learning experiences in the classroom and a full programme of family learning activities. We create opportunities for success and celebrate them. One of our key sayings is "100% effort, 100% of the time." The children, staff and parents make Abbey a special place. We are proud of the school's rapidly improving academic performance and our success in extra-curricular activities. We offer a wide range of musical, drama and sporting activities. Abbey is a rapidly improving school with excellent results. KS2 Level 4+ results for 2008 are English – 87%, Maths – 84% and Science 94%. Mr T Foster - Headteacher
