Mark at ACMS Mercedes is always very professional and provides eexcellent service everytime I visit. He explains what the problem is and sorts it out as promptly as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend. The receptionist is always friendly and informative.

Just had my car serviced and MOT. Can't fault the level of work done on my car. Mark and the team are very friendly and easy to approach with any query. Had my Merc 3 years now and always taken it to ACMS.

Having my car serviced at ACMS Mercedes was a great experience, I have used this place several times before and always found them to be very professional. My car was returned to me spotless, like new, I almost did not recognise it !! Will always get all my car maintenance done here. Thanks Mark and team.

I have taken my Mercedes cars to Marc since he started in Walsall. Treats my car like his own. Family run business with great backup staff. Marc is extremely knowledgeable, honest and will not bamboozle you with techy jargon. He charges reasonable prices, in fact on the odd occasion when I have popped in for a small 5 minute job /adjustment, I have had to insist on him raising an invoice! My Merc was purchased new & has been looked after by Marc, there is no truth in the line some dealers use that it may affect your warranty, Marc has direct access to Merecedes for online servicing records, details etc & uses genuine Mercedes parts. Thoroughly recommended, give him a go, you will be glad you did!
