Gaz & his mate were excellent , took great care of our furniture , Ben had already advised us on how to prepare & box in advance to speed up the move out. Franklins also dismantle beds & tables etc which we could not find with other firms & they were also recommended to us by friends who had used them . They are also storing oiur furniture & bringing it up to Yorkshire in a couple of weeks time . Many thanks Guys

Two day event, packing first day and move the second. Pete, Dean and Max packed with great care and couldn’t have been more courteous and accommodating. The weather on the move was wet, but neither the weather nor the changes in the team made any difference to the professional way they worked. The cling filmed protection for the carpets was much appreciated with the wet weather! It was good to have the continuity of Pete throughout and Gary, Kieran and Fraser made a great team on day two. We would be very happy to recommend Franklins.

Our removal from France back to the U.K. was excellently managed and carried out. Pete and Kieran moved us out from France and we cannot praise them enough for their professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy. A big thank you to Gaz, Dean, Tom and Kieran for a job well done. They worked tirelessly for hours stacking our furniture and belongings into their extremely impressive van for its onward journey to France. 100% positive energy from the boys; all very polite with an obvious love for their job shown by the care taken with every item. First class service from initial contact with Ben until job was complete. Collection team (Gary and Max) turned up on time, worked efficiently and handled our belongings with care. Really rate this company, very helpful and knowledgeable from the initial contact via phone and emails, through to contact from the drivers and then delivery. We had three great chaps, Frazer, Michael and Kieren who brought all of our belongings from France to Yorkshire who couldn't have worked harder. They were friendly but professional and explained up front about moving certain items that needed a little extra thought due to the layout of our new house (we are on three levels). Great job, thanks a lot to you guys from Helen, Rich and Barnaby

Truly amazing service from the guys at Franklin’s from start to finish! Garry, Simon, Pete and Dean arrived bang on time at 7:30am and worked effortlessly and effectively and soon had our house emptied. Then it was on to the new property where everything was unloaded and put exactly where we required, Garry then reassembled the furniture we asked for making our life much easier! They guys were faultless and we couldn’t have asked for more, nothing was too much trouble and not one breakage! It was well worth the money and we can highly recommend Franklin’s to anyone looking for a superb removal company! Sincere thanks to all the guys involved with our move.

What can I say. The two lads Simon and Keiran (not sure of the spelling) were friendly and very professional. They kept us up to date with the estimated time of arrival and were just so pleasant to have around the house. We were panicking about whether we had booked enough space but ever the professional, they packed it so well we were shocked at just how much of our belongings they got into that space. The quote was extremely good and I could thorougly recommend them. In this day and age when people moan about workers not working hard, this could never be said about these lads. Worked really hard the whole time and stayed happy and friendly even though they had been travelling in really hot temperatures.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the office staff to the delivery drivers they have a professional but friendly and polite attitude. There are extremely efficient and organised and nothing is too much trouble for them. They were particularly patient and kind when dealing with my 91 year old father-in-law’s move. They keep you constantly up to date with progress or holdups. I have already used them twice and would not hesitate in using them again.
