Great visit for architectural calm inspiration or just pray. Reduced opening hours though, so you may find it closed most of the time, such a pity.

Lichfield cathedral. Small but beautiful architecture. Walk through it`s doors & immerse yourself in history. Unusually, it has 3 spires. Beautiful stained glass windows. Accessible to disabled. Sometimes able to hear the catherdral choir practicing. Regular services. gift shop.

We did not go in (Covid restrictions and limited time), but it is an amazing building just to look at from the outside. And the Cathedral Close is a pleasant tranquil space to stroll around too.
