Nice venue, good access to seats which might lack a little leg room for some. Good view of the stage from all seats and nice sound quality. Nice to see staff policing the audience to prevent them balancing items on the balcony edges and using phones. Be nice to hear an announcement about holding conversations LOUDLY between songs and/or speeches - just a reminder to some that it is for EVERYONE's enjoyment, not just them.

Went to see razzle dazzle . Have been to the garrick numerous times , but never anything that included a dinner .
The tales where very tightly packed in , actual performances were really good . The how ever was a different story. Booked the tickets at the box office . No one asked about anyone being vegetarian etc . Not advised to notify them if anyone was either .
Food ( main course and dessert) self service . ( not an issue )stater was on the table which was bread, sun dried tomatoes, cheese. main course was ham with new potatoes or veggie opinion ( which had to be pre ordered, never told that ) with salad . Pudding did have choice of 2 . My vision of a 3 course meal was none of the above . ( it would be a hot stater , hot main and pud , due to time of year )
Would not go to another of these events with food , if like above

This is a local theatre and is quite an intimate venue. We were in row E and had an excellent view. The show was very good. The bar service is however usually rather slow and involves queueing to get a drink. You can order interval drinks.

Went last night to see Stuart Francis at the Garrick. Was a bit disappointed in the show the warmup act Olga was average and not very funny
She was on for about 20 minutes then there was a 20 minute break before Stuart Francis came on.
Stuart Francis was on for probably no more than one hour . He sure was funny most of the time but the length of time he was on for the money paid was not very good value would I go and see him again probably not show was finished for around 9.20pm

An excellent performance by all members on stage especially the lead vocalists.
Hard to improve on last night. Some still photos of Aretha were shown on a back screen. Would have liked even more and maybe even some video footage.
Super

Thoroughly enjoyed the performance, went on my own to pass the time and was incredibly surprised and enjoyed every minute, throughout the interval I spent little time at the theatre bar, being served by Becci, quick and speedy service, very cheery and bubbly. Will be recommending the Garrick more from now on!

The theater is spacious with good leg room in front of the seats in the stalls. The theater is well laid out with lift access for disabled wheel chair users. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable on the layout and seat rows of the theater. Great atmosphere. Ice creams are available at the intermission and drinks could be pre-ordered.

What an amazing performance, well written by the solo actor telling with so much passion a true story and after such an exhausting performance he sat for post Q & A . Would definitely book to see David William Bryan again.

A really nice modern theatre in the city centre close to the train station, bus station and taxis.. Lovely auditorium and comfortable seating as well as a cracking 'Green Room' bar and small cafe. Spotlessly clean with first class toilet facilities and lovely staff
Seen a few shows there now including the brilliant Syd Lawrence Orchestra last week.
The Garrick manages to do what a lot of much larger theatres fail to and that is to give a wonderful night of entertainment in very pleasant surroundings

Went to see "Some Guys have all the Luck" and it was a brilliant show. A couple of month before I saw Simon and Garfunkel Story, which was also worth seeing. Bottom line. Excellent Tribute acts at a very reasonable price with easy access and parking. Great choice of Shows, something for everybody,

Went to the Garrick the other day to see the Syd Laurence Orchestra.
Good fun with good musicians and authentic 40’s and 50’s sounds.
If they come to Lichfield again, go see them.

We go to the Garrick quite regular. We don't live to far from Lichfield, so it's our Local Theatre. We can park easily in the covered car park...you don't have to pay after 6.30pm, and it's just a 2 minute walk, and you're in the Theatre. We arrived at 6.40. The Green room was already busy with people eating, and drinking, so we went upstairs to the upper Bar which was easier getting served. The Staff are so efficient. We had our drinks, ordered the same for the interval. Talon always put on a good show, this is the 4th time we have seen them. This night WAS EXCELLENT!! Their humour is great! In the interval our drinks were there waiting for us. A member of Staff took our order number and showed us our drinks. It saves you queuing at the Bar!.If there is criticism toilets too small. We love the Garrick .....keep the shows coming!

WOW WOW WOW....an absolutely spectacular show, PLEASE return again. The energy of the performers was awesome and the singing just spectacular The seating is a little tight could do with a few seats taking out of each row to allow a little more room. However when you get a show as good as Bye Bye Baby you soon forget being squashed !!!! There is a selection of seating area to accommodate wheelchairs too

Nice place shame about the seating. It seams like they have tried to put too many seats in so everyone seams cramped together apart from the seats I think it could do with updating because in places it looks a little shabby. Enough said.

Visited the Garrick theatre for the first time to see the Springsteen tribute show. The venue is very pleasant; easy to locate, no problem getting in, no real queues to get pre show drinks and comfortable seats when in the auditorium. The Springsteen tribute was excellent - played lots of the hits and also some more obscure songs from earlier albums which brought back some memories
Overall a first class evening - we are planning on revisiting the Garrick again to see another show and will also take in the Springsteen show again when its in the area

We know this theatre well and what a treat to be entertained by The Drifters who rocked the place for three hours (apart from the interval of course). Lovely welcome, very busy at the bar and coffee bar which caused a bit of a rush but what a joy to see a full house, on their feet and singing along. I only make one observation; whatever has happened to the air conditioning? It was stifling in the circle. Perhaps it was all the singing and dancing overloading it!! Dress code is typical theatre , I like to smarten up for a big evening.

A very enjoyable evening at The Garrick watching the Drifters. Very well organized, no queing, good facilities. The Drifters put on a great performance with all the favourite songs from way back. I will definitely go again and would recommend as a lovely evening out.

My husband and I were in the audience for The Elvis Years last night .What a show .Absolutely brilliant from start to finish . It was a wedding anniversary gift to each other and we both thoroughly enjoyed our evening out.
Mario Kombou WAS Elvis .Strong singing voice plus an excellent interaction with the audience . His backing singers and musicians were top class making it an all round lovely evening .
