The nurses were particularly helpful and well informed when my dog was bitten on Christmas Day and the subsequent visit and surgery for my dog was of the highest standard. All the staff took the time to explain what was happening, kept me informed of progress and gave me a full briefing for the medication and aftercare on my dog's release on Boxing day. I would certainly recommend the care and attention they provided. All done when all other vets were closed and the most people were enjoying Christmas with their families and friends. A big thank you.

We had to visit on Sunday with our very poorly cat who was 20. Unfortunately we had to put her to rest , it was her time ! . I can not thank Pool House enough for there kindness at a very sad time . RIP Bonnie . Thanks to the lovely vet and staff . Lynn

I the vets herr are garet and lovely people they do so much for your pet I sadly had to take a cat that got hit by a car and Tamworth the vets what £110 of me to take the poor cat to them even thow it wasnt min but these grate vets taken it in and checked to see if it was chipped I would recommend them to anyone what a lovely place and thank you for your help and hope the owners come forward thank you again

We have attended the 'Puppy Parties' at Pool House Vets and the vet nurses have been so friendly and knowledgeable; a very helpful service for all new dog owners. The vets we have seen have been excellent. :)

Receptionists are accommodating with appointments and sensitive to your personal needs. The vets show they care about your pet's problems and do their utmost to reassure you. The hospital is manned all weekend, so if your pet has to stay in you can talk to a person actually looking after them. Nothing is too much trouble.
