Supply and fit was prompt but patio door was difficult to close / open without a great deal of effort. After a few phone calls I managed to contact Tracey who sorted out the problem by arranging and engineer's visit within 2 days.

The whole experience with PVCu Direct was a pleasant one. There was no hard sale at all. From sales to fitting, everyone was courteous and professional. The fitters were excellent, working hard throughout. I'd recommend them to anyone.
