We are small company AJ fenders, who have drive up unit here at surestore in Lichfield.
The staff Ed and Seren are the most helpful and polite people you could meet. If I have something delivered I don't have to worry about being there they just take care of the delivery and let me know. The site is very clean and tidy also all the staff are very professional wich looks good when I have customers turn up. We have no problems with anything this place as actually made my life easier. Thank you all at surestore Lichfield keep up the good work.👍👍👍

This was my first time experience of using a storage company and I was pleasantly surprised on the professionalism of the staff. Everything was explained clearly with no hidden extras and any questions or uncertainties were dealt with straight away. I would definitely recommend SureStore Lichfield.

Great business, very easy to select the unit you may require and all the staff including Seren and Edd the store manager have a great knowledge and expertise on how to make your selection. Nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend.

Kayleigh was amazing with us during our stay at Lichfield. She went above and beyond to help us and with her help along with the area manager Stuart they made a stressful experience all the better thanks to their kindness and just their willingness to help. I would highly recommend anyone wanting storage to use Lichfield. Definitely speak to Kayleigh and if she can't help she will get Stuart to help. Thank you both so much for your help and support.
