Place of memory to visit without hesitation if only to imagine the number of people and the number of skills it takes for others to serve their country.
In France it would be impossible to build such a place because of this cursed ideology of repentance which destroys the notion of patriotism.

Many places to see, a great day out. Memorial service every day, very interesting to see all the people being remembered. Was able to look for distant family members. Good for families as well as adults. Great cafe as well, serves soup a long with sandwiches so nice to come back to hot soup after being out in the cold. Plenty of signs to see where to go and what to see.

Very moving place showing to its max the wasted life of war and military conflicts alot of the memorial walls showing people as young as 18 and 19 years old how do the families cope with that

So much better than I thought it would be - and larger! It is a must see, if only to see the number of names on those walls... even recently! Such a shame it took so long to create, but well worth a visit.

We had a full afternoon of walking around all the different memorials, we also did the stick man trail which keeps the kids entertained. We really enjoyed the afternoon in the fresh air.
