Amazing place will work a visit. Many moving memorials and always something to look at while walking around. Land train is well worth a ride around if it's your first visit.

Fantastic place to visit in the UK, a real reflection of all have made the ultimate sacrifice. Gives a scale of effort including units jobs and trades in the near effort from all nations. Very moving and peaceful place including gardens, trees, flowers and walkways to each memorial. Easy access for all ages including mobility devices and golf cart trains. I was impressed with the freindly staff and the row of gum trees growing in the park from an Aussie Veteran from down under. I would go again.

A great place to spend the day, it really emulates the sacrifice that so many people have given for our freedom. Worth a number of visits!

It's always growing and there's always something new to see and learn and always plenty of heart felt stories being told.

If this is your thing then may I suggest visiting Royal Armoury in Leeds before here. You will be lead through the evolution of warfare and understand how much war has changed for us before seeing the amount of sacrifice and loss of life that war causes. This is the place for remembrance, for those who have given so much for our freedom.

Highly recommended for the family of all ages (there's a train that takes you around)

Thanks for reading~ Adam

This is the place of Remembrance, particularly for post Second World War Armed Forces deaths. Leave yourself plenty of time - facilities are very good and you are likely to want to stay longer.
