On Wednesday 25 July 2012, between 11am and 3pm Beacon Park rangers are holding a drop-in event in the park’s Discovery Hub so that children and their families can decorate their own wooden bird boxes.
It costs £3.50 to paint a bird box. No booking is necessary - just turn up on the day, but arrive early as bird boxes are limited. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
