Easter Egg Trail at Chasewater Country Park
Lichfield District Council’s Chasewater Country Park rangers are offering children a special treat this Easter, and are running an Easter egg trail round Chasewater’s south shore. For just £1 per person, children can follow the woodland and wildlife themed questions to solve the clues, and then claim their Easter egg. The Easter egg trail is running from Friday 6 April to Monday 9 April, between 9am and 4pm. The trails are available from the Rangers’ Ranch (the boat shed) or Chasewater Innovation Centre.
The rangers are also inviting keen cyclists to get on their bike in celebration of World Health Day (7 April 2012). Setting off from the Innovation Centre at 2pm on Saturday 7 April, the rangers will lead the group on a gentle community cycle ride to show everyone the sights and sounds of nature.
