Designed especially for the Lichfield Garrick, by the team who brought the record-breaking Peter Pan to the Lichfield theatre last year, A Christmas Carol tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly old man who has lost his Christmas cheer. With the arrival of three ghosts, Scrooge is hurled on a journey of self-discovery with a lesson he will never forget.
The Christmas classic opened to a packed audience on Thursday 1 December, and will run at the theatre until Monday 2 January 2012.

To celebrate the brand new production, the theatre has produced A Christmas Carol Model Theatre and Script. It features an edited version of the script and a model of the set, complete will all the characters from the festive play.
