Friary Grange Leisure Centre is offering a present with a difference in the run up to Christmas – 30 days Evolve Fitness membership.
Costing just £30, the 30 days membership includes access to the state of the art fitness suite, a varied range of classes and the 25-metre swimming pool.
Lyn Rogers, Evolve Supervisor at Friary Grange Leisure Centre, said: “We came up with the 30 days membership gift idea because we know lots of people make a resolution to get fit after Christmas. That’s why we thought it would be a great present to give to a loved one, to help them achieve their fitness goals. It also offers them a good opportunity to try out the centre’s facilities, to decide whether they want to become a full member once they’ve enjoyed their 30 days.”
The 30 days Evolve Fitness membership gift is presented in a specially designed Christmas card. These can be bought for £30 each from the Evolve Fitness reception in Friary Grange Leisure Centre.

30 days membership
To activate the 30 days membership, you will need to complete a medical questionnaire and then come to a one to one induction where the Evolve Fitness team will design a personal exercise programme for you. The team will then give you your swipe card to access the fitness suite for 30 days.
The 30 days Evolve Fitness membership is valid until 30 June 2011.
