A great start to June at the Lichfield Garrick

Phillip is a world-class pianist and great entertainer, performing to sell-out audiences around the world and broadcasting regularly for the BBC and Classic FM.
In this concert Phillip showcases his new album Totally Chopin, as well as the Fantaisie-Impromptu, Grande Valse brillante, ‘Revolutionary’ Study and a tribute to Debussy for his 150th Birthday. He will also perform music from his recent tour of California and the West Coast Ragtime Festival including; Scott Joplin, sophisticated arrangements from the Great American Song Book and George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.
Philip has been described as simply “brilliant”, with a “wonderfully dry, very British sense of humour”. A recent recital in New York City accredited him as nothing less than “magnificent”.

Talon – The Best of the Eagles

Eagles tribute band Talon return to the Lichfield Garrick this May as part of their 15th anniversary tour
Once again Talon will perform Eagles hits from their timeless back catalogue including: Hotel California, Lyin’ Eyes, Take It Easy, Desperado, Take It To The Limit, Life In The Fast Lane, The Last Resort and many more.
The programme will also include Don Henley solo hits, Boys Of Summer, Dirty Laundry and One Day At A Time.
In this performance seven world class musicians will recreate the immensely powerful vocal harmony and exact musical production on which Talon have built their reputation.
