It's Asaparagus time!
We are so lucky here in Lichfield to have one of the top Asparagus producers, New Farm Produce right on our doorstep and we are very proud here at thebestoflichfield to "spread the word" about their fantastic produce.
Their farm shop officially opens on Monday 16th April where you will be able to purchase delicious fresh locally produced Asaparagus, yummy!
However if you are a bit like me and not sure what to do with this delicious green stuff, they have put together a fantastic recipe book available from the Farm Shop so you can experience the delights at home.
