Adults are invited to Burntwood Leisure Centre on Friday 21st November to have a go at trampolining.
The FREE session will run from 6.45pm to 7.45pm and will be followed by weekly classes until the end of the year.
If you fancy trying something new, whilst keeping fit and having fun at the same time, why not give it a go!
Participants will also have the opportunity to work their way through the British Gymnastic Trampoline awards scheme.
Classes following the introductory free taster on Friday 21 November will take place on Fridays until the end of the year from 6.45pm to 7.45pm and will cost £4 each. If the sessions prove popular a full 12 week course will begin in the new year.
There’s no need to book, simply turn up at Burntwood Leisure Centre and have a go!
