If you are a Burntwood resident you will know the trusted place to go for your pets welfare is Pool House Vets.
Situated on the Cannock Road they have a large car park at the rear of the property enabling you easy access with your pet.
Meet Nikki who is their head receptionist where she runs the branch and also helps with cover at the Lichfield hospital. She has been an integral part of the Pool House team since May 2017.
On a personal level she has Pixel and Figaro (a stray cat bought into Poolhouse when found as a very small kitten in a skip) as her animal children and very soon to be 'Mum' to Barley and is human Mum to three lovely children.
Nikki loves to exercise, especially Spin (where she is also a qualified instructor ) and clubbersize. She balances a very busy personal and working life with visits to the cinema, eating out and enjoying a tipple or two.
Nikki also holds a key position in running their social media pages.
You will need to make an appointment if you need your pet to be seen by one of the vets however the surgery will be open from 8.30am - 7.00pm Mon-Fri for general enquiries, prescription and food collections and flea/worming treatments. On Saturday they are open from 10.30am - 1.00pm
Out of hours emergency services are provided at the Lichfield Hospital on 01543 262464.
