Entitled “Guilt”, Sheila’s 2023 show will see her perform her unique mix of stand-up comedy and mental health education at the Lichfield Garrick Theatre in Lichfield, Staffordshire, on Saturday, October 7th, at 7.45pm.
As always, the show, perfectly timed to run just ahead of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, is set to be popular as usual, so get your tickets before they sell out right here.
Sheila, who performed at last year’s Glastonbury Festival, said: “In my usual style, the audience can expect to have a great laugh with me and leave with a smile on their face having learnt a few things about mental health along the way!”
The announcement of the show comes hot on the heels of Sheila, who is a qualified mental health counsellor and CEO of Mind Management For You, completing an inspirational challenge that saw her face a fear to help to tackle suicide in the UK.
