Zumba your heart out in Burntwood!
Burntwood Leisure Centre is inviting everyone to join the party and have a go at the new Zumba class, which is launching at the centre on 3 November 2011.
Zumba is a high energy, Latin-inspired, dance fitness programme. It blends Latin and international music with easy to follow dance and aerobic routines. The choreography includes hip-hop, samba, salsa, mambo, and more.
Clive Whyte, Health and Fitness Manager for Burntwood Leisure Centre, said: “Because it’s a relatively new exercise programme that many people won’t be familiar with, we’re offering our customers a free trial of our Zumba class. It’s a great way to keep fit and tone as it’s a lot of fun and will certainly keep you warm in the winter!”
Launching on 3 November, Zumba is taking place on Thursday evenings from 8pm to 9pm at Burntwood Leisure Centre.
Following the Zumba trial class, it will cost £4 for members and £5 for non-members a session.
