Have you ever felt as though there was no one to talk to? That you are completely alone?
Well many women who are going through this transitional phase in their lives feel exactly that.
Positive Menopause is a community group that was established to bring support, encouragement and advice to women who are pre, mid or post their menopausal journey.
It is also a place of friendship, where women can meet together both offline and online.
Our mission is to make the menopause season one of joy, hope and adventure.
